Two ways to credit your account: Simply choose the option that you are comfortable with. Fone2 accepts credit and debit cards for topping up your account.
- Quick Pay / Customer assistance Top-up :
Using your credit/debit card. Call 0207 177 0007 Monday - Friday 9.30 - 5.30 and request assistance to credit your account.
- Via Secure online payment site :
Set up a User Name and Password via the web or with assistance of our customer service. Once registered, simply log in to your account and top-up securely using your credit/debit card, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What will appear on my credit/debit card statement?
The entry on your statement may say either FONE2 or (new) TEL HOME AC or the longer version TELE HOME ACCOUNT.
The different entries are due to different payment gateways that we use to collect money from your account - in order to keep our costs down, we do not always use the same gateway. However, you can be sure that whichever gateway we use, it will be 100% secure, and the costs to you will be identical.
